Intuitive Flow Yoga Studio is located in Banjar Penestanan Kaja, Sayan, Ubud, housed in a distinct red building overlooking the jungle. The walking distance from Narasoma is around 21 minutes.

Intuitive Flow studio offers up to 5 or 6 daily classes, alternating styles between morning and afternoon sessions to fit different levels. Classes are 90 minutes long, taught in English, and capped at 20 people. You can view the real-time calendar directly on the official Intuitive Flow Studio Schedule.

The schedule generally runs on these core daily blocks:

• 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM (e.g., Deep Flow, Sunrise Yoga Morning Flow)
• 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM (e.g., Gentle Yoga, Hatha Vinyasa)
• 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM (e.g., Hatha Yoga, Slow Flow, Somatic/Restorative)
• 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM (e.g., Beginner Yoga)
• 4:00 PM – 5:50 PM (e.g., Yin & Restorative Yoga)
